Thursday, August 20, 2020 and Friday, August 21, 2020 will be our primary conference days where we offer as many quality 60-minute sessions as we can fill into those days.

If You Are Selected as a Speaker
All speakers get a single free ticket to attend all three days of the conference. We also will cover 2 nights (3 nights for pre-conference workshop speakers) of your hotel room at the Hyatt Regency Louisville for out-of-town speakers. We pay the hotel directly, you do not have to wait for a reimbursement.

Please let us know if you have any special requirements and we will try to accommodate. Please remember that this is a community conference brought to you by volunteers in our industry – your peers.

We Can Help
Not everyone is a natural talent on stage; not everyone can produce out of the world slide decks; not everyone is a demo king/queen; and not everyone knows that they have something great to talk about. There are a million reasons why you do not consider yourself a speaker, but we are here to prove you wrong. If all you have is a gut feeling that you should be on stage, we are here to help you develop and hone the skills you think you lack to deliver a great presentation.

Here are some things we can help you out with:

  • We are happy to brainstorm your interest to see if a great topic is hiding
  • We are happy to connect you with experience speakers to help you prepare your submission
  • We are happy to review and advise on how to produce your slide deck
  • If you need to practice your talk, get in touch and we can try to hook you up with a local group that will allow you to practice in front a smaller, friendly crowd
  • Whatever else you might need, we are here to help

Get in touch with us at and we’ll see what we can do to help.
